Who I am
I am a joyful, kind, and deeply loyal friend who treats those closest to me like family. I find happiness in sailing, art, and engineering, interests rooted in my childhood. While spending time with my grandfather, I watched ideas transform into tangible solutions, sparking my fascination with the intersection of creativity and problem-solving. From him, I learned the value of hard work, imagination, and finding joy in the process of building something meaningful.
My passions
Sailing
Sailing has always been a passion of mine because it blends adventure with strategy in a deeply engaging way. I love being out on the water, reading the wind and harnessing its power to move forward, and the sense of freedom that comes with it. Each race or sail presents new challenges, from rapidly changing conditions to the constant need for communication and teamwork. For me, sailing is more than a sport: it is a way to connect with nature, sharpen my decision-making, and continually push my limits.
Art
Art has always been a powerful form of expression for me. It allows me to explore creativity and emotions in ways that you cannot through words. I enjoy experimenting with different mediums, from color pencils to acrylic paint, as it helps me see things from new and differrent perspectives. Through art, I’ve learned patience, attention to detail, and the importance of self-expression.
Engineering
Engineering is deeply interesting to me because it blends creativity with problem-solving in a way where I can make an actual difference in the world. From a young age, I was drawn to understanding how things work, whether it was fixing gadgets or building small projects. I often took apart my remote-control cars, carefully unscrewing each part to understand how the motor, wiring, and gears worked together. Reassembling the car was the real challenge, and I often failed, leaving parts misaligned, gears jammed, and my parents frustrated that the car no longer worked. Still, I tried again and again, learning patience and precision. My passion for engineering grew in my highschool years as I realized how I can use my skills to improve lives and solve difficult challenges. It gives me the tools to turn ideas into reality and find innovative solutions to everyday problems.
